If you’re vertically inclined and telescopic handlers, access platforms and cranes are a big part of your life then you, like us, probably had the 16th and 17th May in your diary for some time too.
Each May we look forward to the Vertikal Days event. One of the leading industry events of the year, Vertikal Days sees Plant manufacturers, end users and plant hire companies descend on Donington Park in Derby to find out about the latest and greatest machines in the world of powered access.
Vertikal Days is one of the few events where you can see the equipment in use.
With over 850 people at the ticketed evening networking event alone, you can imagine just how busy the two-day festival was.
Aside from seeing what’s on the market, we were particularly keen to take a visit to the Dingli stand where our very own Dingli AMWP8100 mast lift was being displayed (we’d loaned it to them for the show, prior to taking delivery of at Mr Plant Hire, Enfield this week).
The skies were blue, making for some great photo opportunities with some seriously powerful access lifts.
We also popped across to the Manitou stand to say ‘hi’ and were delighted to see that the 280TJ and the 160ATJ that we’ve recently ordered were both on display. We’ll be taking delivery of 2 of each of these telescopic jibs next month.
We then headed over to meet the team at Niftylift and let them know how popular our new HR21 4X4 diesel Niftylifts are with Mr Plant Hire, Enfield customers.
It’s easy to see why these self-propelled cherry pickers won ‘IAPA Product of the Year 2018’ with their impressive ability to lift two people and tools to a height of 20.8m.
If you’d like to know more about Vertikal Days you can visit their website, or to hire one of the new Manitous or Dinglis, or even the Niftylift’s HR21 4X4 and find out for yourself what makes it ‘IAPA Product of the Year 2018’ material, give Mr Plant Hire, Enfield a call on 0844 779 0211.
