  • Bending down & standing back up
  • Going up and down stairs.

These are all things that we do on a daily basis without even thinking but each one of these things could cause you an injury to your body that could impair your work life.



The course can hold up to 12 delegates at once and will take approximately 3 hours. The course is designed to show and raise awareness on manual handling and the injuries that can be occurred if the correct measures and procedures are not followed.

The course consists of a DVD presentation with a written task that follows and also includes a lecture. The course is for anyone in any line of work. It’s designed to raise awareness of things we do on a daily basis without even thinking but one day could cause you a serious injury that could put you out of work.
