This pipe freezing kit has freeze heads which fit pipes up to 42mm, the 420D is made both for domestic and light industrial use. Its operating parameters are calibrated to allow colder mean temperatures with greater sensitivity to unwanted heat pick-up: from a warmer ambient temperature for example, or from the heat of a plumber's blow torch. The result is a stronger, longer freeze block.
