Assistant Sales Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Boost sales efficiency and create a strong sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Supervisor with account openings, including checking references, credit agencies, and insurer criteria. Follow up on outbound quotes, converting them into sales and creating a sales funnel. Manage our EnquiryBot software, perform general office duties, update the customer database, and report on quote conversions.

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone manner, comfortable with cold calling, and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook 360. Must have customer service experience and the ability to work well in a small team. Preferred qualifications include experience in the Plant & Tool hire sector, equipment knowledge, and industry pricing knowledge.
